Regulator/Rectifier Removal/Installation - Honda 2010 CRF250R Service Manual

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
REGULATOR/RECTIFIER
REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ('10 - '12)
Remove the condenser (page 16-16).
Release the connector cover and disconnect the
regulator/rectifier 5P (Black) connector.
Remove the bolts, nut and regulatorlrectifier.
Release the wire harness from the clamp.
Remove the following:
- Bolts
- Nuts
- Clamp
- Stay
Route the wires Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
