THROTTLE BODY
REMOVAL
Relieve the fuel pressure (page 5-30 ).
Remove the sub-frame (page 2-6).
Disconnect the TP sensor 3P (Blue) connector.
Disconnect the quick connect fitting from the injector
side (page 5-32).
Disconnect the injector 2P (Gray) and MAP sensor 3P
(Black) connectors.
Raise the rear wheel off the ground by placing a
worksland or equivalent under the engine.
Remove the rear shock absorber upper mounting bolt
and nut.

'12: Loosen the insulator band screw.
Release the throttle body from the insulator.
