2D-14 Wheels and Tires:
2) First install the right wheel bearing, then install the
left wheel bearing with the special tools.
Special tool
(A): 09941–34513 (Steering race installer)
(B): 09924–84510 (Bearing installer set)
CAUTION

The sealed cover of the bearing must face
outside.

3) Install a new dust seal with the special tool.
Special tool
(C): 09913–70210 (Bearing installer set)
4) Apply SUZUKI SUPER GREASE "A" to the dust seal
lip.
: Grease 99000–25010 (SUZUKI SUPER
GREASE A or equivalent)
5) Install the sprocket mounting drum assembly. Refer
to "Rear Sprocket / Rear Sprocket Mounting Drum
Removal and Installation: in Section 3A".
6) Install the rear wheel assembly. Refer to "Rear
Wheel Assembly Removal and Installation: ".

Tire Removal and Installation

Removal
The most critical factor of a tubeless tire is the seal
between the wheel rim and the tire bead. For this
reason, it is recommended to use a tire changer that can
satisfy this sealing requirement and can make the
operation efficient as well as functional.
1) Removal the wheel assembly. Refer to "Front Wheel
Assembly Removal and Installation: " and "Rear
Wheel Assembly Removal and Installation: ".
2) Remove the mounting drum from the rear wheel.
(For rear wheel)

Installation: ".
