RAKE DISK
Disassembly:
Remove the wheel from the motorbike as described
in chapter 2 of this section;
Unscrew the screws "A" fastening it to the wheel rim;
Remove the disk.
Check;
The brake disk must be perfectly clean, without rust, oil
grease or deposits and it must not have deep groovings.
If the disks have one of these defects clean thoroughly. If
the defect can not be removed they must be replaced.
Rear disk thickness:5,1mm
Rear disk thickness at the wear limit:4,9mm
If the disk values are out of the above indicated
measurements, it is necessary to replace them.
Reassembly:
When reassembling, thoroughly clean the resting surfaces
and lock the screws to the tightening torque prescribed
in the table in chapter 4, section B. Apply Loctite 270 on
the threading.
