Password
When a password is required to be input by the forwarding destination server, set the
password. For the password, you can enter a maximum of 32 characters.
Port Number
Set the forwarding destination port number. Input a number in the range 1 to 65535.

Adding an Address Book Entry

1. Log in as the administrator.
2. Press the Machine Status button on the UI.
3. Select the Tools tab.
4. Select Setup & Calibration > Setup .
5. Select Add Address Book Entry.
6. Select an available number from the list displayed; this will be the location to where
the address entry is saved.
7. Select the address type; either E-mail or Server.
8. Select Save.
9. Select an item to set or change (such as Name) and enter the desired information.
10. Select Save.
11. Repeat the previous steps until all the settings are completed.
12. Select Close.
The main Tools screen displays.
13. Exit the administrator mode.

Paper Tray Attributes

Selecting or Changing the Paper Tray Attributes

Select the paper size and paper type that will be loaded in Trays 1-3, Tray 5 (Bypass),
and any optional Trays (6 and / or 7). For detailed information on the attributes, refer
to Paper Tray Settings Overview / Paper Tray Attributes
1. Log in as the administrator.
2. Press the Machine Status button on the UI.
3. Select the Tools tab.
4. Select Setup > Paper Tray Attributes.
5. Select a tray.
6. Select Change Settings.
7. If the settings are correct, select Confirm or select Change Settings.
8. If necessary, make the required changes to the tray settings (such as weight, type,
and size).
9. Select Save.
10. Select Confirm.
11. Select another tray to set or change and repeat the previous steps as needed.
