7. Select the desired Tray Number on the Text - Paper Supply window.
8. Select Save.
The previous screen displays.
9. Repeat the previous steps to select specific trays for Buttons 2, 3, 4, and 5.
10. Select Close.
The main Tools screen displays.
11. Exit the administrator mode.

Disabling Media Print

1. In CenterWare Internet Services, click Properties > Services > Media Print > General.
2. Uncheck the box next to Enabled.
3. Select Apply.
4. Select Reboot Machine.

Stored File Settings

Stored File Settings Overview

Use Stored File Settings to configure the default settings for handling of files stored in
folders. Stored File Settings includes the following options:
Expiration Date for Files in Folder
Select either Off or On.
If On is selected, set the storage period, and the time of deletion using the numeric
keypad on the press UI.
In the Files Kept field, set the document storage period from 1 through 14 days.
In the Files deleted at field, set the time for the document to be deleted after the
storage period has expired in the Files deleted at field; select a time period between
0 and 23 hours and between 00 and 59 minutes.
Note
When a storage period is set, ensure that the folder feature Delete Documents with
Expiry Date is Enabled.
