Setup and Calibration (Tools Administrator Mode)
The Media Print - Text button on the Home window
The Store to USB button on the Home window
The Network Scanning, Job Flow Sheets, and Web Applications buttons on the
Home window
The Custom button that is assigned to the Network Scanning or Job Flow Sheets
service
Buttons than cannot be selected include the following:
- The Language button on the Home window
- The Screen Brightness button on the Home window
- Selecting items using the scroll bar
- Scrolling operation while previewing
- The Browse button for the Scan to PC service
- Operations to edit e-mail addresses for the E-mail service (such as the pop-up
menu Keyboard, Remove, and Edit which are displayed by selecting Recipient(s)
or From)
- The Energy Saver button
An unsaved job (program) will be canceled during the following activities:
- When the Interrupt button is pressed
- If the Auto Clear feature causes a time-out
- If a pop-up window occurs (such as a paper jam)

Stored Programming Procedures

Creating and Saving a Job as a Stored Program
Note
For the purpose of this procedure, an example Copy job will be created and stored.
1. Press the Machine Status button on the press UI.
2. Select the Tools tab.
3. Select Setup & Calibration > Setup > Stored Programming .
4. Select Store.
5. Select a Stored Programming item from the numbered list.
If required, select the up and down arrows to display the previous or next screen.
Note
Once a job is stored to a button (item), it cannot be overwritten.
6. Begin selecting the desired features/options by pressing the Home button on the UI.
7. Select Copy.
8. From the main Copy window, select 2 Sided Copying.
a) Select 1-2 Sided.
b) Select Save.
