Configure Environment Settings for Scan Services
If DHCP or BOOTP is available in your environment, configure the method for
obtaining the address. If an IP address cannot be obtained automatically or
manual configuration is preferred, confirm the settings of an IP address, a subnet
mask, and a gateway address.
11. Select Close repeatedly until the main Tools screen is displayed.
12. Exit the System Administrator Mode.
13. Print a configuration report to confirm that all the ports are enabled and that TCP/IP
is set up correctly.

Registering a Folder and Configuring a Computer

1. Create a folder where the scanned data will be saved; refer to the
section for detailed information and instructions.
2. Configure a computer.
To use Network Scanner Utility 3 on a computer, refer to Driver CD kit that is
provided with the press for detailed information and instructions.
To use the EasyOperator application on a computer, refer to Driver CD kit that is
provided with the press for detailed information and instructions.

Store to USB

Configuring the Store to USB Environment Settings

This section describes how to configure the machine to use the Store to USB service.
Available USB Memory Devices
The Store to USB service allows you to directly save the scanned data to a USB memory
device after it is inserted into the USB memory slot on the press (near the User Interface).
Supported USB memory devices include the following:
USB 2.0 memory devices
USB memory devices with the capability of a maximum of 128 GB
USB memory devices that support FAT12, FAT16, FAT32, or VFAT (long name)
Note
USB memory devices that are encrypted with software cannot be used with the press.
CentreWare Internet Services Setting Items
You can enable or disable the Store to USB service using CentreWare Internet Services.
When you disable the service, the Store to USB button is not displayed on the Home
screen, and you cannot use the service.
