To install the router, you need the following tools and equipment:
Standard pallet jack— 48 in. (121.92 cm) deep x 27 in. (68.58 cm) wide.
Pallet jack attachment—MX2000-PT-ATTACHMENT-S
Front component shipping covers
Rear component shipping covers
Phillips (+) screwdrivers, numbers 1 and 2
2.5 mm flat-blade (–) screwdriver
7/16-in. (11 mm) torque-controlled driver or socket wrench
5/8-in. (15.8 mm) torque-controlled driver or socket wrench
9/16-in. or 14-mm open-end or socket wrench to remove bracket bolts from the shipping
pallet
ESD wrist strap

Before installing the router with a pallet jack, you must first remove shipping covers and
components from the chassis. With components removed, the chassis weighs
approximately 330 lb (149.68 kg).
CAUTION:
The shipping covers help guide the chassis into the rack. Applying
force to any other part of the chassis can cause damage.
