To troubleshoot the MX2020 power subsystem:
Check the LEDs on all AC or DC PSM faceplate.
1.
PSM LED is blinking—Check the fans and air filters to be sure they are
PWR OK
functioning and providing sufficient airflow through the chassis.
PSM LED is off and no red alarm condition exists—Check that the circuit

LED on PSMs is not lit—Check the PSMs are inserted and if the are operating.

If a AC or DC PSM is correctly installed and functioning normally, the

PDM LED is off—Check that the PDM is receiving voltage.
PDM LED is lit red—Check that the PDM is connected to correct input voltage

On the three-phase delta AC PDM, the left arrow
