This chapter outlines the procedures used to maintain a High Availability
system.
CallPilot Configuration Wizard
The EMC AutoStart software stores some information (including host names
and IP addresses) from both servers in a High Availability pair to provide the
data mirroring and failover mechanisms. As a result, when changing the
configuration of a server using the Configuration Wizard, additional steps
are required to ensure that the pair of servers continues to function correctly.
Use the following procedure for rerunning the Configuration Wizard after the
system is configured.

Change the Server Information

The Server Information page of the Configuration Wizard can be used to
change the computer name, time zone, dialing information, LDAP search
base and the administrator account password
