Removal and reinstallation of the operation panel
or the front covers
 Removal and reinstallation of the operation panel
• Loosen the two screws on the operation panel.
(These screws cannot be removed.)
To reinstall the operation panel, align its connector on the back with the PU connector of the inverter, and insert the operation
panel. After confirming that the operation panel is fit securely, tighten the screws. (Tightening torque: 0.40 to 0.45 N·m)
 Removal of the lower front cover (FR-F820-01540(37K) or lower, FR-F840-
00770(37K) or lower)
(a)
(a) Loosen the screws on the lower front cover. (These screws cannot be removed.)
(b) While holding the areas around the installation hooks on the sides of the lower front cover, pull out the cover using its upper
side as a support.
(c) With the lower front cover removed, the main circuit and the control circuit can be wired.
