◉ ◉ CRANKCASE
● Thoroughly remove the sealant material and oil
stains on the mating surface of the right and left
crankcases.
● Install the dowel pins ①
● Apply engine oil to the conrod big end and to the
transmission gears.
● Apply BOND "1215" to the mating surface of the
crankcase.

● Tighten the crankcase bolts to the specified
torque.
Crankcase bolt : 11 N∙ ∙ m (1.1 kgf∙ ∙ m)
● After the crankcase bolts have been tightened,
check if the crankshaft, countershaft, and drive-
shaft rotate smoothly. If a large resistance is felt to
rotation, try to free the shafts by tapping them with
a plastic hammer.
