3-7 ENGINE
● Tighten the exhaust pipe nuts �, muffler mount-
ing bolts � and connecting bolt � to the specified
torque.

● Install the engine sprocket with drive chain after
loosening the chain adjuster.
● Apply THREAD LOCK "1324" to the sprocket
bolts.

● Tighten the engine sprocket bolts to the specified
torque.
Engine sprocket bolt
: 11 ~ 13 N∙m (1.1 ~ 1.3 kgf∙m)
● Install the engine coolant hose.
● Install the O-ring to the engine oil outlet hose ① .
● Tighten the engine oil outlet hose bolt ②
● Tighten the engine oil inlet hose union bolts to the
specified torque.

: 23 N∙ ∙ m (2.3 kgf∙ ∙ m)
: 23 N∙ ∙ m (2.3 kgf∙ ∙ m)
