● Separate the crankcase using the special tool.
Crankcase separator : 09920-13120
NOTE
Fit the crankcase separator, so that the tool arms
parallel the side of the crankcase.
● Remove the dowel pins ① .
● Remove the gearshift fork shafts ② , gearshift
forks ③
and gearshift cam ④ .
● Remove the countershaft assembly ⑤
shaft assembly ⑥ .
● Remove the reverse idle gear with its shaft ⑦ .
● Remove the crank balancer ⑧ .
and drive-
