Problem Determination and Service Guide
Action
1.
Check the power-supply
LEDs.
2.
Follow the actions in
"Power-supply LEDs".
3.
Replace the failing power
supply.
4.
(Trained service technician
only) Replace the I/O-board
shuttle.
No action; information only.
1.
Turn off the server and
disconnect it from power.
2.
(Trained service technician
only) Remove the
microprocessor from socket 1.
Note: The server will not
start when no microprocessor is
installed in socket 1.
3.
Reinstall the
microprocessor in socket 1 and
restart the server.
4.
(Trained service technician
only) Replace the failing
microprocessor.
5.
(Trained service technician
only) Replace the microprocessor
board.
