lnstollore il puntolino e Ia mollo di scotto delle morce, quindi serrore o Iondo Ia v1te .
Posizionore sull' olbero distribuzione il distonziole (solo

S.S.). Ia chiovetto, Ia puleggio
posteriore, lo rondello d i guido, l'oltro chiovetto e l'oltro puleggio .
Bloccore con l'ottrezzo
88700.5644
le pulegge comondo dislribuzione, inserire Ia
rondello e serrore o fonda Ia ghiero outoblocconle utilizzondo l'opposito chiove.
[ ]
Per evitare allentamenti accidentali che causerebbero gravi danni al
motore,
e
necessaria utilizzare ghiere autobloccanti nuove in corrispondenza
del fissaggio di tutte le pulegge distribuzione.
Reassembly of the timing system pulleys.
Place the cop ond gear pawl spring, then tighten the screw.
On the camshaft place the spacer .(only for
7 50 S.S.),
the key, the rear pulley, the dnvmg
washer. the C)ther key and the other pulley.
With tool Nr
88700.5644,
clomp the hmmg system control pulleys, insert the washer .
and, w ith a proper wrench, tighten the self-locking ring nul.
[ ]
In order to avoid possible loosenings, that coud cause serious damages to
the motor, it is necessary to use new self-locking ring nuts during the
fastening of all timing pulleys.
Remontage des poulies de distribution.
M onter le pointeou et le ressort de declenchement des vitesses; serrer Ia vis
a
fond .
Placer l'orbre de distribution l'entretoise (seul pour
750 S.S.).
Ia
clovette, Ia poulic
orri ere, Ia rondelle de guide, !'outre clovelle et !'outre poulie.
Bloquer par l'outil 88700.5644les poulies commondedistribution, introduire Ia rondelle
et serrer completement l'embout outo-bloquont en utilisont Ia de oppropriee.

Afin d' eviter des desserrages accidentels qui pourraient endommager le
moteur,
il
faut utiliserdes em bouts auto-bloquants neufs en correspondence
du fixage de toutes les poulies de distribution.

Den Auflogestift und die Gongsouslosefeder einbouen und die Schrouben fest
onziehen .
Auf der Ventilsteuerwelle folgendes positionieren: dos Distonzstuck lnur fur

den Keil, die hintere Riemenscheibe, die Fuhrungsscheibe, die andere Scheibe und die
andere Riemenscheibe.
Durch dos W erkzeug Nr
88700.5644
die Riemenscheiben zur Ven tilsteuerung
blockieren, die Scheibe einsetzen und die selnstsperrende Nutmuller durch den dozu
bestimmten Schlussel sponnen.

Um zufallige lockerungen zu vermeiden, welche dem Motor schwere
Schaden verursachen konnten, muss man neue selbstsperrende NutmuHer
in Ubereinstimmung mit der Befestigung aller Steuerrimen verwenden.

distribuci6n, introducir Ia arandelo y apretor a fonda Ia virola autoblocante utilizondo
Ia II ave adecuoda.

Para evitar aflojamientos accidentales que causarian graves donas al
motor, es necesario utilizer tuercas autoblocantes nuevas, en correspondencia
del fisaje de todas las poleas distribuci6n.
