Rimontoggio pulegge distribuzione sulle teste.
Posizionore i cappellolli d i gamma e scrrore le viti d i fissoggio .
Posizionore sull'albero distribuzione Ia rondella di guido, Ia chiovetta e Ia puleggio
dentate .
Bloccare Ia puleggio ulilizzondo l'attrezzo 88700.5644. inserire Ia rondello e serrore
a Iondo lo ghiero outoblocconte utilizzondo l'ollrezzo 88713.0139
" Per evitore allentamenti a ccidentali che causerebbero gravi danni al
. . . motore,
e
necessaria utilizzare ghiere autobloccanti nuove in corrispondenza
del fissaggio di tutte le pulegge distribuzione.
Timing system pulleys reassembly on the heads.
Position the rubber cops and tighten the fixing screw s.
Position the guide washer. the key and toothed pulley on the timing shaft .
Lock the pulley using tool 88700.5644. insert the washer and tighten well the self-
locking ring nut using tool 88713.0139 .
" In order to avoid possible loase nings, that coud cause serious damages to
. . . the motor, it is necessary to use new self-locking ring nuts during the
fastening of all timing pulleys.
Remontage des poulies de distribution sur Ia rete.
M ettre en place les chopelets en caoutchouc el serrer les vis de fixoge.
Mettre en place Ia rondelle de guide. Ia clovette et Ia poulie dentee sur l'arbre de
distribution .
Bloquer Ia rondelle par l'outil 88700.5644, introduire Ia rondelle et serrer 6 fondle
collier outobloquont par l'outil 88713.0139.
" Afin d'eviter des desserrages accidentels qui pourraient endommager le
. . . moteur, il faut utiliser des em bouts auto-bloquants neufs en correspondence
du fixage de toutes les poulies de distribution.
Wiederaufbau der Steuerungsscheiben auf der Zylinderkopf.
Die Gumm ikoppen anbringen und d ie Befestigungsschrauben o nziehen.
Auf der Nockenwelle die Fuhrungsscheiben, Keil und Zohnriemenscheibe onbringen.
Riemenscheibe mit Werkzeug 88700.5644 blockieren. die Scheibe einsetzen und
selbstsperrende Zwinge mit W erkzeug 88713.0139 fest onziehen.
" Urn zufollige lockerungen zu vermeiden, welche dem Motor schwere
. . . Schoden verursachen konnten, muss man neue selbstsperrende Nutmutter
in Ubereinstimmung mit der Befestigung alle r Steuerrimen verwenden.
Remontaje poleas de distribucion sabre Ia cabeza.
M eter en posicion los tapas de gomo y cerror los tornillos de lijacion .
Meter en posicion sabre el 6rbol d istributo rio el onillo de guia . lo clovijo y Ia paleo
dentoda .
Bloqueor Ia paleo utilizondo Ia herramienta 88700.5644, meter el anillo y cerrar a
Iondo Ia arandela outobloco nte, utilizondo lo herramiento 88713.0139.
" Para evitor aflojamientos accide ntales que causarian graves daiios al
. . . motor, es necesario utilizer tuercas autoblocantes nuevas, en correspondencia
del fisaje de todas las poleas distribucion.
