Do you have the host name and IP address
for the server that will have Auto Service
Request Manager?
Will the system need a proxy server? If so,
what is the host name and IP address for the
proxy server?
Do you have the Technical Contact
information for Auto Service Request? This
information should include the first name,
last name, and e-mail address of the contact.

Complete the following checklist to ensure that the logistics requirements are met for
the data center in which the server will be installed.
