    BIOS 36 Improves Stability of DIMMs By Disabling PowerDown Mode Sun Fire X4100 and Sun Fire 4200 DIMM’s (in particular, Infineon DIMMs that use IDT registers) might sometimes have a problem going in or out of the PowerDown mode and might subsequently trigger uncorrectable ECC errors that can lead to system reboots.
