Command Group Description
Interface Configures the connection parameters for all Ethernet
ports, aggregated links, and VLANs
Link Aggregation Statically groups multiple ports into a single logical trunk;
configures Link Aggregation Control Protocol for port
trunks
Mirror Port Mirrors data to another port for analysis without affecting
the data passing through or the performance of the
monitored port
Congestion Control Sets the input/output rate limits, traffic storm thresholds,
and thresholds for broadcast and multicast storms which
can be used to trigger configured rate limits or to shut
down a port.
Loopback Detection Detects general loopback conditions caused by hardware
problems or faulty protocol settings
UniDirectional Link Detect and disables unidirectional links

Address Table Configures the address table for filtering specified
addresses, displays current entries, clears the table, or
sets the aging time
Spanning Tree Configures Spanning Tree settings for the switch
ERPS Configures Ethernet Ring Protection Switching for
increased availability of Ethernet rings commonly used in
service provider networks
VLANs Configures VLAN settings, and defines port membership
for VLAN groups; also enables or configures private
VLANs, protocol VLANs, voice VLANs, and QinQ tunneling
Class of Service Sets port priority for untagged frames, selects strict
priority or weighted round robin, relative weight for each
priority queue, also sets priority for DSCP
Quality of Service Configures Differentiated Services
Multicast Filtering Configures IGMP multicast filtering, query, profile, and
proxy parameters; specifies ports attached to a multicast
router; also configures multicast VLAN registration, and
IPv6 MLD snooping
Link Layer Discovery Configures LLDP settings to enable information discovery
about neighbor devices
Protocol
Connectivity Fault Configures connectivity monitoring using continuity
Management check messages, fault verification through loopback
messages, and fault isolation by examining end-to-end
connections between Provider Edge devices or between
Customer Edge devices
OAM Configures Operations, Administration and Maintenance
remote management tools required to monitor and
maintain the links to subscriber CPEs
Domain Name Service Configures DNS services.
Dynamic Host Configures DHCP client and relay functions
Configuration Protocol
IP Interface Configures IP address for the switch interfaces; also
configures ARP parameters and ND Snooping
Debug Displays debugging information for all key functions
