16.5.131 CE002: Message and method parameter failure
MFP board (MFPB)
Step
If it occurred after upgrading the firmware,
conduct the following setting.
[Service Mode] → [Sate Confirmation] →

[Memory/HDD Adj.] → [HDD Version Up]

Turn OFF the main power switch and turn it
ON again, and conduct the following set-
ting.

[Service Mode] → [System 1] → [Initializa-
tion] → [Data Clear].

4 Change hard disk.
5 Change MFPB.
