Replacing the stamp unit

1. Open the transportation cover.
2. Lift up the document feed tray.
3. Remove the screw [1] and the
mounting plate [2].
NOTE
• Be sure to hold the document feed
tray to prevent the tray from falling
down while removing the mounting
plate.
4. Remove two screws [1] and remove
the plate cover [3] while holding up
the exit tray [2].
NOTE
• Take care not to raise the exit tray
too much. The stopper may come
off.
NOTE
• When lowering the exit tray, check
that the stopper [1] fits under the
plate spring.
