Creating a New Configuration Set

Initial Steps

The following table explains the most common settings. Refer to the stated chapter for more
information on individual screens.
Step Description
1. Refer to "14.2 Accessing Configuration Set Management" to access
MANAGE Configuration Sets.
2. In MANAGE Configuration Sets highlight a configuration set. A
copy of this configuration set is taken for further configurations.
3. NEW (F2) to access MANAGE New Configuration Set. A copy of
the highlighted configuration set is created.
4. MANAGE New Configuration Set
<Name:> A unique name for the new configuration set.
<Description:> A detailed description of the configuration set, since
the name of a configuration set is usually an abbreviation. Input
optional.
<Creator:> The person's name who creates the new configuration
set. Input optional.
Enter a name.
5. STORE (F1) stores the new configuration set with the entered name.
Starts the sequential configuration set wizard.
