Maintain the Océ TDS400-CS
Description / solution
The printer is off-line.
You can change the settings.
Try the following solutions.
Load new media on the roll.
(see 'Load the media' on page 252)
Make sure that the media is fixed on the roll holder.
Make sure the media contains no bulge.
Refill the toner.
(see 'Refill the toner' on page 262)
Try the following solutions.
Close the top cover.
Make sure that all media scraps are removed.
Turn the printer off and on.

Make sure that the media thickness is according to the
specifications.

There is no connection between the controller and the printer. Try
the following solutions
Wait for five minutes.
Turn the system off and on.

Turn the printer off and on again.
