Is the monitor volume (USER FUNCTION #5) adjusted so the Voice Message will be audible?
NO Modify User Function #5.
YES Is CN11 (speaker harness) connected to CN11 of the MCNT-150?
NO Connect it.
YES Replace the MCNT-150.
