3.5 LUBRICATION

3.5.01 General Information
CAUTION:
Do NOT touch the transfer roller! Touching the transfer roller may cause incomplete toner
transfer, resulting in faded output.
Lubrication should be performed once a year or as necessary.
Use Dow Corning Molycoat BR-2 or Molycoat EM-30L or equivalent. When applying the molycoat,
do NOT overlubricate. Use molycoat sparingly!
Do NOT allow lubricant to contact the surface of any rollers or paper guides.
Lubricate the items listed in the table below.
