Power Supply Removal
Remove the power supply as follows:
1.
Remove the system unit cover as previously described (see "System Unit Cover
Removal").
2.
Unplug the two power cables attached to the system board's connectors. See
Appendix A for connector locations.
Unplug the power cables from all installed devices.

Cut any tie wraps that may be securing the power cables to the system unit chassis
or drive brackets.
5.
Remove the four screws securing the power supply to the system unit chassis (see
Figure 5-16).
Remove the power supply from the side of the system unit chassis.
6.
To remove the ducting from the old power supply, follow these steps:

NOTE: When replacing the power supply in
266-MHz PowerMate Professional Series
models, remove the black plastic ducting from
the old power supply and attach it to the new
one.
