10 Commissioning
10.1 Post-mounting and post-connection check
Before commissioning the device:

10.2 Identifying the device in the PROFINET network
A device can be quickly identified within a plant using the PROFINET flash function. If the
PROFINET flash function is activated in the automation system, the LED indicating the
network status flashes and the red backlight of the onsite display is switched on.
10.3 Startup parameterization
By activating the startup parameterization function (NSU: Normal Startup Unit), the
configuration of the most important measuring device parameters is taken from the
automation system.
