Chapter 4 Configuration guidelines
In the network TAPI/IVR configuration window you can configure the following
elements:
IP address of the IVR server.
Home location code (HLOC) of the Succession switch for the IVR system,
which is the same as the HLOC printed on the switch, in overlay 21.
Port address. The default port value for the IVR port is 5000 but you can
change this if you discover port conflicts.
Protocol. TCP/IP is the required protocol.
Remote TAPI server host addresses. To attach call data to calls during an
ACD transfer or a NACD overflow, you must specify a remote host address
for each TAPI server in the network.

Adding an IVR remote host address

To add an IVR remote host address:

In the Network TAPI/IVR Server window, click Add to display the Add
Remote Host Address window.

Type the following in the appropriate fields:
