64 Chapter 3 Preparing the TAPI environment

Ask your network administrator to add the server to the domain.

Ask your network administrator for a server logon user account,
TAPIADMIN, on the domain. Also, make sure that TAPIADMIN is added to
the local Administrators group on the TAPI 3.0 server. This account enables
your telephony service to run TCMSETUP on the server.

Ask your network administrator to verify that all TAPI users are already
configured as domain users.
4 Log on to the server as an administrator.
5 Select "Start -> All Programs -> Administrative Tools -> Active Directory
Users and Computer" to display the Active Directory Users and Computers
window.

directly to the domain server.
