84 Chapter 3 Preparing the TAPI environment
As each customer is site different these problems have to be dealt with on a
case-by-case basis but in general unless there is a specific need for these
services they should be disabled on all TAPI clients, using the Services
control panel.
These services should be disabled on the TAPI server PC also.
Procedure:
•Disable the Remote Access Auto Connection Manager and Remote Access
Connection Manager services using the Service control panel on each PC.
•Reboot the PC
•On reboot ensure the services are disabled and not started.
•Run the TAPI application and ensure it operates as expected
