    Using Desktop Services Using Telephony Manager (TM) Desktop Services, you can view and modify the configuration of your telephone using a web browser. The web display provides information about the features and keys configured on your telephone. Help text is also available for the functions configured on your telephone.

For each extension, this report displays the total number of calls, the total duration, and the total cost.

Calls that have no authorization code, or that have an authorization code that is not assigned to another user, are charged using the extension on the call.
