Chapter 8 Troubleshooting
TAPIDBM.exe troubleshooting application
TAPIDBM is a new Symposium TAPI SP logging application. It is a console
based debug monitor application that logs information from Symposium TAPI
SP. This logged information is displayed on it's own console and may also be
saved to a text file. If a problem occurs when installing or running Symposium
TAPI SP, you can run this application to create a log of activities which can help to
identify the source of the problem.
Running a
To run a troubleshooting session in the logger application:

Stop the Symposium TAPI SP application.

At the command console navigate t the C:\m1server\tools\ folder

Enter "tapidbm.exe" to run this debug monitoring application.

Or enter "tapidbm.exe -f filename.log" to log
