Right-click TAPIADMIN user and then click "Add to a group...". Select
"Advanced... -> Find Now" to display the Select Group window.

Highlight Administrators group and click OK to add TAPIADMIN user to the
group.

To add a client machine to the domain, right-click Computers in the Active
Directory Users and Computers tree view window
and then click Computer.

Enter the name of the client computer exactly as it appears on the client.
10 Select the appropriate operating system and click Add.
11 Repeat steps 8 through 10 for each client you want to add to the domain.
