Right-click the selected the telephony services provider from the list of
service providers and select Edit Users to display the Edit Users
window.(Figure 26)

Click Locations to select the domain where the user is located. Select the user
name from the list of names that is displayed, and then click OK. Click OK to
save these changes in the Edit Users window.

Repeat these procedures for each user that you want to add as a TAPI client.
