Lost Tube
A lost tube error message means the Sorter grippers have lost a tube they were
holding. Generally this means the tube has been dropped somewhere on the
specimen tray or next to the carousel. Locate and remove the tube before resuming
processing.
Do not place the tube back into a rack. To re-present the tube to the Sorter use the
STAT well.

If the error continually repeats itself or if processing does not continue
normally try the following recovery procedure:
Remove all racks and tubes from the PathFinder 350S.
Replace the remaining input tubes onto the specimen tray. Load empty
output racks.
Press the green Start button to restart processing. Note: this is likely
to produce Tube Expected in Holder errors if tubes were removed from
the carousel, but pressing Start should clear these.
If processing still cannot be started normally, then a reset is required.
Follow the reset procedure given in Section 7.6.
