If the rack that you placed has a valid barcode, and the rack type is included in the
rack registry, the rack will be processed.
7.3

How to Start, Pause, and Finish Processing

7.3.1

Start

To start processing tubes simply press the green Start button on the user interface
home page.
Processing can be started before, or after racks are placed onto the specimen tray.
When the workcell starts processing tubes the tray status on the home page will be
highlighted green as shown in Figure 7-3.
7.3.2

Pause

You may need to pause processing of tubes to allow:
To pause processing press the red Pause button.
The robot arm will stop on completion of its current move, and the tray status on
the home page will be highlighted orange. Processing can be resumed by pressing
the green Start button again.
