On the home page, the tray status representation of the rack will change color
according to the state of the rack. If the rack turns red, indicating an error, the
rack barcode in the rack details panel will have a short description of the problem.
On the trays page, the rack present column will update with a tick and the rack
capacity information will be populated. If there is a problem with the rack
placement then the error column will specify the error type. An example trays page
with errors is shown in Figure 7-2.

bc? The rack barcode was not scanned properly. Remove the rack, rescan it,
and place it back in the gate.
reg? The rack barcode is unknown. Only racks entered in the rack registry (see
6.7.6) can be placed.
Type! The rack is the wrong type for the gate.
