Specimen Types

The specimen types table defines the specimen type ID codes that will be sent to
the LIS.

Racks Registry

The racks registry is a listing of all the racks accepted by the PathFinder 350S. This
table allows the PathFinder 350S to determine what rack type is being used when
the barcode is scanned.

Heading
This is the name used to refer to this rack type in other tables.
A description of the rack type.
The number of tubes held by the rack.
This is the height of the rack in mm.
This is the depth of the tube wells in mm. This is measured
from the top of the rack.
This is the well diameter in mm.

ID This is the ID sent to the LIS.
Description A meaningful description of the specimen type.
