The Modules Have No Power

When the services module is switched on, the Sorter module should reset its gripper
arm, and the embedded PC (workcell controller) should boot up.
If the Sorter resets, but the workcell controller PC does not boot, see Section 8.5.6.
If the workcell controller boots, but the Sorter does not reset, and the gripper arm
is free to move, contact Abbott Customer Service.
Otherwise check the following:

The Workcell Controller Will Not Boot Up

To check whether or not the workcell controller is booting up, watch the LCD
monitor immediately after switching the services module on. Note: you may need
to turn the LCD monitor on manually.
If the monitor displays a VIA logo and the Windows XP logo before displaying 'Signal
Lost', the workcell controller PC is working, refer to Section 8.5.7.
Ensure the monitor is configured for its VGA input by pressing the Power Button for
two seconds. Every time the button is pressed, the LCD monitor will switch its input
source, much like a television. Repeatedly press the button until VGA is displayed.
