Changing the Profile

The profile defines how the tubes are picked and placed for a particular specimen
tray. In other words it defines the workflow through the PathFinder 350S.
It may be desirable to change the profile between laboratory shifts or to allow pre-
or post- processing using the same specimen tray.
An administrator login is required to change the profile:

It is necessary to reset the PathFinder 350S for the profile change to take effect.

Press the Green Tick to confirm the change.
Finish all processing and remove all racks and tubes from the specimen tray.
Remove the specimen tray by lifting it up, and sliding it toward the front until
it clears the guides.
Place the new specimen tray onto the Sorter by sliding the side tabs into the
guide rails, sliding the tray toward the back of the Sorter and allowing the
tray to fall into position. This is the reverse action to removing the tray.
The user interface should update to show the new tray layout.
Place racks as desired and start processing as normal.
