6. Install the PLUG KIT (II-A, II-B) on the BODY (1).
7. Install the PLATE (19).
8. Assemble the BODY (1) to the JOINT Ass'y (21).
9. Apply enough grease on the PUSH ROD and JOINT Ass'y
part.
