Cabin Tilting
The machine has a tilting cabin for maintenance.
If it is necessary to work or look under cabin, use following
procedure.
1. Fully extend arm and boom, and rest bucket on ground.
2. Shut down engine and "LOCK" left stand.
3. Remove two nuts and plain washers from rear floor.
4. Remove four screws and cover (1).
5. Remove two screws and cover (2)
1. Only use a hand tool to raise cabin. Do not use an
impact wrench.
2. This operation should be done on firm, level
ground.
3. Make sure there is no one inside cabin when
doing this operation.
4. When raising cabin, do not allow anyone or any
portion of their body under the cabin. Do not
place any items under the cabin during this
operation.
5. Clear all personnel from surrounding area before
tilting cabin.
6. Rotate the cabin crank (3) with a M27 wrench to raise
cabin.
