Starting failure
Symptoms and conditions of failure

Water temperature sensor disconnected or short-
circuited
Accelerator sensor disconnected or short-

Rack actuator malfunctioning

circuited.
CSD solenoid valve disconnected or short-
circuited.
Start assist relay disconnected or short-circuited.
Main relay cannot be turned off
