Disassembly
1. Remove track.
2. Loosen nut (M24) and remove track roller from track
frame.
3. Remove C-type stopper ring (7) and plug (8) then Collar
(6).
4. Remove floating seal (4) and bushing (3).
5. Use a screwdriver (-), to take out O-ring (5).
• Once removed, oil seal should not be reused.
6. Remove shaft (2) from body (1).
Reassembly
1. Clean separated parts with cleansing oil.
2. Inject clean gear oil or engine oil (100.0 cc (3.38 oz))
before assembling O-ring (5).
