Pattini e rulli guida montanti:
Dopo le prime 50 ore
- registrare i pattini guida, per ripristinare il
gioco corretto tra i montanti, agendo
sull'apposita vite a brugola (G).
Per la registrazione servirsi di uno spessimetro
da 0,2 - 0,5 mm, infilato dal basso fino al
centro della brugola (G), passando dietro
al rullo (H) e strisciando sul montante esterno
Ogni 500 ore
- registrare i pattini guida
Ogni 1000 ore
- ingrassare i rulli guida montanti (F)
- controllare le condizioni dei rulli guida
montanti (H); essi devono ruotare liberamente
senza intoppi ed essere esenti da eccessiva
usura
5.3.4 LUBRIFICAZIONE DEL

Mast guide shoes and rollers:
After the first 50 hours
- adjust the guide shoes to restore the correct
clearance between the masts adjusting the
Allen screw (G);
For the adjustment, use a 0.2 - 0.5 mm
thickness gauge, inserted from below and
up to the centre of the Allen screw (G),
passing behind the roller (H) and rubbing
against the external mast
Every 500 hours
- adjust the guide shoes
Every 1000 hours
- grease the mast guide rollers (F) -
check the condition of the mast guide rollers
(H); they must turn freely without jamming
and not show excessive wear
5.3.4 LUBRICATION OF LIFTING
EQUIPMENT

- Lubricate the mast guides with grease
- lubricate the jack tilting joints and the frame
connection joints
A) Tilting jack joints
2+2 grease nipples
B) Frame connection joints

Fork carriage and sideshift unit

- lubricate the sideshift guides with grease,
through the grease nipples
- lubricate the fork positioning pins and notches
with grease

Gleitführungen und Führungsrollen des
Hubgerüsts:
Nach den ersten 50 Betriebsstunden
- Die Gleitführungen über
Innensechskantschraube (G) nachstellen, um
das korrekte Spiel zwischen den Hubmasten
wieder herzustellen. Zur Einstellung verwende
man eine Dickenlehre (0,2 - 0,5 mm), die
von unten bis zur Mitte
Innensechskantschraube (G), hinter der Rolle
(H) und auf dem äußeren Mast eingeführt
wird
Alle 500 Betriebsstunden
- Die Gleitführungen einstellen
Alle 1000 Betriebsstunden
- Die Führungsrollen des Hubgerüsts (F)
schmieren
- Den Zustand der Führungsrollen des
Hubgerüsts (H) kontrollieren; diese müssen
sich frei und unbehindert drehen und dürfen
keinen übermäßigen Verschleiß aufweisen
5.3.4 SCHMIERUNG DER
HUBANLAGE

- Die Laufflächen des Hubgerüsts mit Fett
schmieren
- die Gelenke der Neigezylinder und die
Verbindungsgelenke am Rahmen schmieren

- Die Führungen des Seitenschiebers über die
