3.1.0 PROLUNGHE FORCHE
Per poter trasportare carichi ingombranti (con
baricentro superiore a 500 mm), è possibile
applicare alle forche due prolunghe, la cui lunghezza
massima non deve comunque superare la lunghezza
delle forche in dotazione, moltiplicata per 1,6.
L'applicazione di queste prolunghe deve
essere autorizzata dalla BT, che provvederà
a fornire le targhette delle nuove portate
residue.
L'autorizzazione può essere rilasciata anche
dopo l'acquisto del carrello.
In questo modo, il carrello sarà dotato di prolunga
forche complete di punzonature di identificazione
(A) secondo Normativa ISO/DIS 13284.
Sul carrello stesso verrà applicata anche
la targhetta aggiuntiva delle portate residue
(B), i cui valori devono essere rispettati
durante l'impiego delle prolunghe stesse.
Montaggio delle prolunghe
Infilare le prolunghe sulle forche assicurandosi
che le punte delle forche stesse siano posizionate
correttamente nella loro sede; bloccare con gli
appositi perni (C) e relative copiglie (D), vedi
figura.
E' vietato l'uso di prolunghe forche in assenza
della targhetta aggiuntiva delle portate
residue.

3.1.0 FORK EXTENSIONS
To move cumbersome loads (with a barycentre
greater than 500 mm), you can apply two
extensions to the forks; the total length of the
forks and the extensions must not exceed the
length of the forks supplied, multiplied by 1.6.
The application of these extensions must
be authorised by BT, that will supply the
plates relating to the new capacities left.
Such authorisation can also be given after
the truck has been purchased.
In this way, the truck will be supplied with fork
extensions complete with identification punches
(A) in accordance with ISO/DIS 13284 Standards.
The additional identification plate for the
residual capacities (B) will also be fitted
to the truck. These values should not be
exceeded when using the extensions.
Fitting the extensions
Attach the extensions to the forks, ensuring that
the ends of the forks are correctly positioned
in their housings; secure them using the pins
(C) and split pins (D), as shown in the diagram.
Do not use the fork extensions if the additional
identification plate for the residual capacities
is not fitted.

SONDERVERSION
3.1.0 GABEL-
VERLÄNGERUNGEN
Für den Transport sperriger Lasten (mit
Schwerpunkt über 500 mm) kann man an der
Gabel zwei Verlängerungen montieren, deren max.
Länge die Länge der mitgelieferten Gabel
multipliziert mit 1,6 nicht überschreiten darf.
Die Verwendung dieser Verlängerungen
muß von der Firma BT bewilligt werden,
die für die Zustellung der Schilder mit den
übrigen neuen Leistungen sorgen wird.
Die Genehmigung kann auch nachträglich
nach Kauf des Staplers erteilt werden.
Auf diese Weise wird der Stapler mit
Gabelverlängerungen, komplett
Kennzeichnung (A) gemäß ISO/DIS 13284
ausgestattet.
Am Stapler wird zusätzlich das Schild mit
den Resttragfähigkeiten (B) angebracht,
dessen Werte bei der Verwendung der
Gabelverlängerungen beachtet werden
müssen.
Montage der Verlängerungen
Die Verlängerungen auf die Gabel aufsetzen.
Sicherstellen, daß die Gabelzinken richtig in ihrem
Sitz positioniert sind. Mit den dafür vorgesehenen
Bolzen (C) und den Splinten (D) wie in der Abbildung
dargestellt sichern.
Der Gebrauch der Gabelverlängerungen
ohne zusätzliches Schild mit
Resttragfähigkeiten ist verboten.
