4.2.16 FRENO DI STAZIONAMENTO

Funzionamento interruttore freno di
stazionamento:
(A) pos. OFF - consenso alla marcia
L'interruttore nella pos. 1 abilita la marcia
del carrello; l'indicatore (B) sul display è
spento
(A) pos. ON - stazionamento
L'interruttore, nella pos. 2 disabilita la
trazione; i freni sono inseriti (condizione
di parcheggio, l'indicatore (B) sul display
si accende)
Azionare l'interruttore (A) solo ed
esclusivamente per parcheggiare il carrello,
o durante la procedura di avviamento del
carrello stesso.
I freni sono progettati e dimensionati secondo
quanto richiesto dalla normativa ISO 6292-2;
le pendenze superabili dal carrello, con
carico nominale in posizione di marcia, sono
riportate sull'apposita tabella (vedi 4.4.6 e
4.4.9).
Va ricordato che lo stazionamento e il
parcheggio del carrello sulle pendenze non
è ammesso, a meno di casi di emergenza
(vedi 1.6.0).
IMPORTANTE
L'azionamento dell'interruttore (A) può
provocare il blocco istantaneo del veicolo;
è perciò vietato l'uso, durante le fasi normali
di lavoro.
FRENATURA ELETTRICA A RILASCIO
Il comando elettronico del carrello è provvisto
di un dispositivo per la frenatura elettrica a rilascio.
Questo tipo di frenatura può essere azionata
rilasciando il pedale dell'acceleratore.
Questa frenatura non può essere attivata in
assenza di alimentazione elettrica ai motori
(guasto al comando elettronico-sconnessione
batteria); in tal caso utilizzare il freno di servizio
o di stazionamento.

4.2.16 PARKING BRAKE
Operating the parking brake switch:
(A) pos. OFF - drive enabled
When the switch is in pos. 1 truck drive
is enabled; the indicator (B) on the display
is OFF
(A) pos. ON - parking
When the switch is in pos. 2 drive is disabled;
the brakes are applied (parking condition,
the indicator (B) on the display is ON)
Switch (A) should only be operated to park
the truck or during the truck starting procedure.
The brakes have been designed and sized
according to the requirements set by ISO 6292-
2. The gradients that can be tackled by the
truck (with rated load) in working order are
shown in the specific table (see 4.4.6 and
4.4.9).
Remember that the truck must not be parked
on a slope, except in the case of an emergency
(see 1.6.0)
IMPORTANT
Operation of the switch (A) can cause the lift
truck to lock up immediately; use of the switch
is therefore prohibited during normal operation
of the truck.
ELECTRIC ACCELERATOR-RELEASE
BRAKING
The truck electronic control is fitted with a device
for electric accelerator-release braking. This type
of braking may be activated by releasing the
accelerator pedal.
This braking method cannot be activated
without electric supply to motors (failure of
the battery disconnection electronic control
unit); in this case use the service or parking
brake.

4.2.16 FESTSTELLBREMSE
Funktionsweise des Feststellbremsschalters:
(A) Pos. OFF - Fahrtfreigabe
Schalter auf Pos. 1 gibt den Fahrbetrieb des
Staplers frei; die Displayanzeige (B) ist
ausgeschaltet.
(A) Pos. ON - Parkstellung
Schalter auf Pos. 2 deaktiviert den Antrieb;
die Bremsen sind angelegt (Parkstellung, die
Displayanzeige (B) leuchtet).
Der Schalter (A) darf ausschließlich zum
Parken des Staplers oder während des
Startvorgangs betätigt werden.
Die Bremsen sind gemäß den Anforderungen
der ISO 6292-2. Richtlinie projektiert und
ausgelegt; die mit dem Stapler zu bewältigenden
Steigungen mit der Nennlast
Fahrtrichtungsposition sind in den Tabellen
4.4.6 und 4.4.9 aufgeführt.
Hier wird nochmals darauf hingewiesen, dass
das Abstellen und Parken des Staplers an
Steigungen nur in Notfällen zulässig ist (siehe
Kapitel 1.6.0).
WICHTIG
Bei Betätigung des Schalters (A) kann der
Stapler abrupt gestoppt werden; daher ist seine
Benutzung während des Normalbetriebs
untersagt.
ELEKTRISCHE BREMSUNG BEIM
LOSLASSEN DES PEDALS
Die Elektroniksteuerung des Staplers verfügt über
eine Vorrichtung zum elektrischen Bremsen des
Fahrzeugs; zur Aktivierung der elektrischen
Bremse wird das Gaspedal losgelassen.
Diese Bremsung kann nicht betätigt werden,
wenn die Stromversorgung zu den Motoren
unterbrochen ist (Defekt der elektronischen
Steuerung – nicht angeschlossene Batterie);
in diesem Fall entweder die Betriebsbremse
oder die Feststellbremse betätigen.
