5.6.0 FRENI

5.6.1

FRENO DI SERVIZIO

I freni sono a disco a bagno d'olio; essendo collocati
all'interno della scatola dei riduttori di trasmissione,
usufruiscono dello stesso olio della trazione.

O) Vite di spurgo
P) Motore elettrico di trazione
Q) Blocchetto ripartitore
R) Serbatoio
S) Pedale freno di servizio
T) Pompa di comando
Spia (1) sul cruscotto
Quando il liquido nel serbatoio freni raggiunge
un livello troppo basso, si accende la spia.
In caso di accensione dell'allarme (1)
verificare che non vi siano perdite
nell'impianto.
CONTROLLO DEL FRENO DI SERVIZIO
Ogni 1000 ore
- verificare che il livello del liquido, nel
serbatoio (R), non sia diminuito;
caso contrario controllare l'impianto.

- controllare il funzionamento del pedale, che
deve risultare libero e privo di intoppi nei
movimenti
Ogni 2000 ore
- sostituire il liquido dell'impianto del freno
- controllo del funzionamento della spia
vaschetta olio freni: premendo il pulsante
(R1) l'allarme (1) deve accendersi
Ogni 5000 ore
- sostituire i tubi flessibili (U) del freno

5.6.0 BRAKES
5.6.1 SERVICE BRAKE
The brakes are in an oil-bath; since they are inside
the reduction gear box, they use the same oil
as the hydraulic drive.

Warning light (1) on dashboard
When the liquid in the brake tank is too low,
the warning light comes ON.
If the alarm (1) is activated, check the system
for leaks.
SERVICE BRAKE CONTROL
Every 1000 hours
- check that the liquid level in tank (R)
in has not dropped; if it has, check the system.
- control the pedal functioning, that must be
smooth and with no jamming
Every 2000 hours
- change the braking system liquid
- check the operation of the brake fluid reservoir
level warning light: when button (R1) is
pressed the alarm (1) should come on
Every 5000 hours
- replace brake hoses (U)

5.6.1 KONTROLLE DER
BETRIEBSBREMSE
Die Ölbad-Scheibenbremsen sind im Innern des
Achsgetriebegehäuses untergebracht und werden
mit dem selben Öl geschmiert.

Kontrollampe (1) am Armaturenbrett
Sobald der Flüssigkeitsstand im Behälter den
Mindestwert unterschreitet, leuchtet die
Kontrollampe auf.
Beim Aufleuchten des Warnsymbols (1) ist die
Anlage auf mögliche Leckverluste zu
untersuchen.
KONTROLLE DER BETRIEBSBREMSE
Alle 1000 Betriebsstunden
- Prüfen, ob der Flüssigkeitsstand im
Behälter (R) gesunken ist und in diesem
Fall die Anlage kontrollieren.
- Das Pedal auf einwandfreie Funktion prüfen;
es muß frei und leichtgängig sein
Alle 2000 Betriebsstunden
- Die Bremsflüssigkeit wechseln
- Funktionsprüfung der Warnleuchte des
Bremsölbehälters: Bei Betätigung der Taste
(R1) muss sich die Warnleuchte (1)
einschalten.
Alle 5000 Betriebsstunden
- die Bremsschläuche (U) auswechseln
